To our family and friends THANK YOU for planning on joining us in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for our wedding. You are very special to us and we can't wait to celebrate with you. We hope this travel information will be helpful in planning your journey to the Dominican Repubic. 

Flights: We booked our flights through Expedia. We also looked into Southwest. We did not go through a travel agent, but feel free to use a travel agent. When booking your flight you will want to fly into PUJ, Punta Cana International Airport.

Passports: You will be traveling outside country and will need a passport. If you need a passport it should take about 4-8 weeks to arrive in the mail after you apply. Here is a helpful site for more information on applying for a passport. www.travel.state.gov

Transportation: When you arrive at the airport there will be taxis available to take you to the Paradisus Resort. The resort is about 30 minutes from PUJ, Punta Cana International Airport. If you would like to reserve a shuttle ahead of time you may do that as well. The resort has recommended Otium Tours Reservations. If you would like to make a reservation please email your flight information to otiumus@otiumtour.com 

Accommodations: Paradisus is an ALL-INCLUSIVE Resort. To book your stay please email groups1@paradisusromance.com. Francis, our reservations coordinator will be happy to assist you. He will email you a form to fill out with the dates you want to stay and ask for a credit card for a $200 deposit to hold the room. The rates for the LANE/NEWBY wedding per night are $438 per couple. This discounted rate includes all your food, drinks, liquior, resort activities, and resort fees. Please check out Paradisus Resort and all it has to offer at www.paradisusresort.com. You have until December 30th to book your stay at this discounted rate for the LANE/NEWBY wedding. 

Welcome Dinner: We would like to thank you all for making the journey to Punta Cana and to celebrate we will be hosting a welcome BBQ on Thursday, March 3rd at 6pm at the main pool on the resort.

Wedding Ceremony: Our Wedding Ceremony will take place on Friday, March 4th at 5pm and will be held on the beach at the resort. The reception will be held at 6pm at the main pool. 

Weather: The aveage tempature in Punta Cana during March is low 70s to mid 80s.
