Can I make payments on the reservation?

Yes, if you book your reservation through the travel agent, you are able to  make payments on the room and shuttle reservations,  but your flight has to be paid in full. 

When are the payments due for the room reservation?

After the initial room reservation of $100 per person, the remaining balance of the room reservation are to be paid in full 50 days prior to travel. All payments will be automatically charged to the credit card on file under the reservation. 

When are most people in the group traveling?

Most people are traveling Thursday October 1st through Sunday October 4th.

What is the closest airport to the resort?

Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Where is the wedding ceremony?

On the resort of La Perla, guests of La Esmeralda are welcome to the ceremony with children. 

Can I stay at a different resort, and still attend the ceremony?

Yes, an additional fee applies for each non-resort guest that will attend the wedding and /or private events. Fee and conditions vary, please contact the travel agent for details on costs. 

What age is considered an adult?

Guests age 13+ are considered an adult and infants under age 1 are complimentary. 

What are the reservation alteration fees?

Room- Cancellations received outside of 30 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of $50 per person. Cancellations of any kind within 30 days of arrival with incur a penalty of 100% of money paid. A $25 fee will apply to changes made to a reservation within 45 days of arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a special handling/rush fee of $25.

Flight- penalties vary based on airline, travel insurance is highly recommended.
